As the Administrative Director at Reconnecting America, Sonya managed and streamlined the accounting, administrative and human resources functions across their offices in Washington, DC, Oakland, CA and Denver, CO. Prior to that position, she was the Finance/Administrative Manager at the Surface Transportation Policy Project in Washington, DC.
