Noor Al Zubair is a recent graduate from the American University in Washington, D.C., where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Middle Eastern Studies. Born and raised in Oman, Noor has developed an interest in the world of international relations and history, which has led to internships at the Sultan Qaboos Cultural Center and the Wilson Center throughout her years. As an undergraduate, she concentrated her work on topics surrounding nationalism, human rights, and colonialism, predominantly in the Middle East and Iran, Kosovo, and the Philippines. Additionally, Noor speaks Arabic and English and is conversational in Spanish. A former CIP intern, Noor works with the Climate, Arms, and Migration Policy (CAMP) team.
